Opportunities and new ideas await those who take The Road Less Traveled. We don’t learn by doing the same thing the same way. In fact, we learn by stepping out and taking a different approach or the road less traveled.
Even though there is so much discussion about Robert Frost’s, The Road Not Taken; this painting and its story is not about understanding that infamous poem. Oh, no it is simply an encouragement to change up your day, week, or month by taking a unique approach to your normal routine. It just might lead you to new thoughts, new discoveries, and new creative ideas.
Do you take the same path or road each way to work, to the grocery store, or to pick up your kids? Breaking out of your daily routines can be a powerful way to unlock great new ideas, both personally and professionally. Be fearless. Have the courage to take risks. Go where there are no guarantees. Get out of your comfort zone.

Creativey, Imagination Awaits if you take The Road Less Traveled
For not all routines are created equal and failing to examine or alter our habits can have a limiting or deadening effect on our lives. In fact, this is that habitual behavior, by nature, can keep us from feeling. Therefore, doing the same regular routine can lead us to lose touch with ourselves and our immediate experience—be it sensory or emotional.
Even if the road less traveled has many barriers, unknowns, and bumps, it is a road that can strengthen our character. And by all means, remember you are not perfect. For nothing or no one is, but that is the beauty in living life. Perhaps taking the road less traveled can lead you to new thoughts and open your imagination. Once in a while, we all get stuck doing the exact thing the exact same way. But what if you mix it up and consider trying something new. What can it hurt? Or better yet, what might be gained?
So, take the road less traveled. Step out of your boredom and pretend you are on vacation versus just a workweek day. Definitely, try to feel that sense of freedom and lack of obligation by doing something unusual. Be open to new experiences and uncertainty. Indeed, our minds are meant to be challenged, meant to view things differently. This is how we grow.

Miles Davis’s 1959 album, Kind of Blue, is considered by many to be one of the greatest jazz albums of all time. While most jazz players of his era were playing a fast-tempoed bebop, Davis wanted to take a new approach to jazz—getting both himself and his band to break out of the bebop routine. The result is one of the highest grossing jazz albums in history.
Personality begins where comparison leaves off. Be Unique, Memorable, Confident and Proud.
