A Mixed Media Creation consisting of photography taken by Red and embellished with Red’s strokes of acrylic paint. This new collection is titled Red’s EnhanceScapes.
Red loves taking photos and all photos in this new collection are places she has visited throughout the United States. Each photo is printed on a gallery wrap canvas. Then Red uses her creative spirit to bring the image to life by enhancing or adding new details, more colors, and movement throughout the piece.
This particular painting is part of a series of 3 from photography taken while Red was visiting Driftwood Beach in Georgia. I am sure you can see why I titled this one Driftwood Tangle. This picturesque beach on Jekyll Island’s north end features numerous driftwood trees and is just glorious place to visit.
