Home Through The Storm – SOLD

“If you want to see the sunshine, you have to weather the storm”. – Frank Lane

Do you find your way home through the Storm?  Your version of a storm maybe quite different than anyone else’s. Do you grit you teeth, tuck your chin in and lean into the storm or do you close your eyes and hope the storm will pass quickly?

When you’re caught up in the storm or the turmoil of everything, knowing that there is another side can keep you going and allow you to get through it. Life storms are an opportunity to see what we are made of, to find our inner strength and stability to make it back home.

And some are fortunate to have someone say to them….

“I’ll take you home

Right through the storm to your front door”

<See below for all the lyrics of the song “Take You Home” by the Scars on 45>

This painting is a representation of our continuous struggle with life’s storms, with the hope that in end we find the strength, determination and courage to make it through to our home.

“Every abstract picture of the world is as impossible as a blueprint of a storm. Don’t be ashamed because you’re human: be proud! Inside you, vaults behind vaults open endlessly. You will never be finished, and that’s as it should be.” Tomas Transtromer

How do you make your way Home through the Storm?
