Me and You is a diptych painting in tribute to my Lovie, my husband, my believer, and my friend.
I think of all the adventures we have and will have – Me and You. For my thoughts drift back to the many times we explored new hikes, unknown territory, new towns. Even the many times we shared new challenges and overcame them. And Oh, the many times we sat side-by-side working on a management consultant project for a client. Of course, I cherished the many times we listened to music together or laughed and loved. Of all our experiences, the most important to me is living our everyday life together – Me and You.
When God presented me you, he presented me the love of my dreams and a new fulfilling life.
Zac Brown wrote an excellent song titled “Free” – All About Me and You.
It is a song with such a pure welcoming voice and of course, I love his phrase “Me and You”. I have provided the lyrics below. Hopefully you are or will be a “Me and You”.
