A Fearless Spirit is not one without fear. Oh no, it is one that recognizes the fear, but acts anyway.

We all choose our paths in life. Some choices are easier than others. Some require us to walk alone, find our inner strength – to be fearless. For, life is not about blending with each other to the point where you have lost your uniqueness. Conversely, it is about focusing on our goals not our fears, along with the willingness to experience the solitude of a different path – being yourself.

As we travel through this journey of life, a spirit filled with courage is one who recognizes the fear within, but still takes the required action. For to escape our fears, we have to go through them, not avoid them.

Artist and Fearless Spirit

Indeed, I believe if you want to be a successful artist of any kind, you must possess an intrepid spirit. You have to be willing to create without holding back. Like, this painting with its bold vibrant colors. It is just an example of me painting with the courage to let my inner voice shine. For it is only then that my talent and passion are conveyed on the canvas. Having a sense of daring to apply the colors and strokes to the canvas, while expressing your uniqueness for others to see, can also be freeing.

So, the intense colors, dramatic movements along with defined textures of this acrylic painting titled “Fearless Paths” conveys my passion and spirit to be unique and true to myself as an abstract artist.
