Red loves taking photos and all photos in this new collection are places she has visited throughout the United States. Each photo is printed on a gallery wrap canvas. Then Red uses her creative spirit to bring the image to life by enhancing or adding new details, more colors, and movement throughout the piece.

I saw this tree along with many others of the same kind at Driftwood Beach in Georgia. Located on the north end of Jekyll Island, Driftwood Beach will amaze you with the beautiful driftwood and trees that resemble a scene from another world. These gnarled and weathered trees are left behind from years of erosion. My senses were in overload seeing the gorgeous landscape that nature created.

This painting I titled Standing Tall is a reminder that even during difficult times, we can be brave and stand tall. I will always remember the beauty of Driftwood Beach.
