“The whisper of the wind through the trees is an invitation from the goddess to stop, listen, and take in all that is around you.” – Magickal Moonie’s Sanctuary
Can you hear the inviting whispers of the wind? Is it offering you encouragement along a challenging path or perhaps a gentle whisper of comfort for your troubled times?
The wind can be cool or warm, soft or fierce, but I think it is always trying to tell us something. I sometimes sit alone in a quiet outcropping of trees and watch the many birds and small animals go about their daily business. Even though there may be no wind or breeze initially stirring, I find that before I leave my wilderness solitude, a wind will begin rustling through the trees urging me to take notice and listen. I cannot share what the whispers convey for that is far too private; however, I always feel renewed with my spirits lifted and hope in my heart. For the whisper of the wind can set you forever free.
“The winds of grace blow all the time. All we need to do is set our sails.” – Ramakrishna
Whispering Winds Oil Abstract by Red
The large oil painting titled “Whispering Winds” is my representation of the winds surrounding the skies with a voice of life, hope, and quiet spirituality. For the wind can be fierce and impactful like strong streaks of a brush stroke or it can be soft where the contents of life blend smoothly together as touches of color and movement caress each other.
“If the winds of fortune are temporarily blowing against you, remember that you can harness them and make them carry you toward your definite purpose, through the use of your imagination.” – Napoleon Hill
