Heart and Soul

“The common eye sees only the outside of things, and judges by that, but the seeing eye pierces through and reads the heart and the soul.”  ― Mark Twain

Heart, the emotional side and Soul, the spiritual side work together to express creativity and innovation. Sometimes we need to look deep within our heart to be brave enough to reflect our spiritual feelings.

If you put your heart and soul into something, you do it with a great deal of enthusiasm and vigor. It is said that your heart and soul represent the utmost of one’s energy. What do you put your heart and soul into? Is it your love for someone else, your kids, your work, your creations, your hobbies or does everything you do express a depth of intense feeling.  It is thought that if you put your heart and soul into even your smallest acts, success will follow.

“When you do or think or feel something, do it with passion. Let it come from the heart. Put your heart and soul in it. And when you do, you will feel a river flowing sweetly through you and especially through your entire life. Life has much more meaning that way. ” ― Angie Karan

This painting is titled “Heart and Soul” because of its cool composition that is electrified by the red heart shape. It also offers a kind of mysterious spiritual feel where various emotions are connecting with each other to communicate. I do paint with all my heart which in turn reflects my soul.
