Perhaps as you gaze upon this small acrylic painting with its shades of dark colors that is clearly overtaken by shades of light, you have an understanding of why I titled this painting “Out of the Darkness.” For, I truly believe we all have times of darkness, but it is the hope of future light that gives us courage to continue along our unknown paths. Indeed, if we can have light in our heart and look for the goodness in the world, you can traverse out of those darker periods.
