I love New Mexico. With its rich culture and beautiful terrain, whether it be the mountains or looking at the landscape peppered with cacti, I always have a sense of connection there. It must be the spirit of New Mexico that awakens my soul.

Santa Fe Dance was created shortly after one of my visits there. I have to say it was my inner voice talking; for the painting evolved into what you see without any planned direction on my part.

The blue and coral turquoise intertwined with the sliver, green, black colors are abstract reflections of my visit. Santa Fe is a city that just seems to dance with life.
